The flavour notes are quite distinguished with what you usually experience. It's a must try for people who use aeropress for brewing.
Highly recommend this with a Deep 27 or V60 brewer. Espresso is smooth and very pleasant with little bitterness but the coffee really shines with the Deep 27.

SL34 CM Washed
SL34 CM Washed coffee from the renowned Ratnagiri Estate produced with all the care by Mr. & Mrs Parte in the beautiful mountain range of Chikmangalur, Karnataka. For this Lot, the ripest coffee cherries were harvested from SL34 plants with an average Brix reading of 24 These cherries were triple sorted after which floats were removed. Then these cherries were placed in stainless steel tanks, All the oxygen was then purged out of the tanks and Co2 was pushed into the tank. The coffee was then left to undergo Carbonic Maceration fermentation for 72 hours. After fermentation the coffee was then pulped and mechanically washed to remove any leftover mucilage and was put on raised beds for slow and even drying.
Under the watch of The Commander Mr. Ashok, these coffees were dried under the shade, constantly stirring on the raised beds was done to ensure uniform drying.
This coffee was then rested for three months before being milled and finally dispatched to Genetics Coffee HQ in Bangalore.
The Dry Aromatics of this coffee is sweet & vibrant with notes of Grape Jelly and Orange Marmalade.
In the cup, the coffee has nice complexity with flavour notes of Orange Marmalade, Honey, Stone Fruit with hint of Clove in the background. Has good acidity with medium body and sweet finish.
