With pronounced flavors of Plum, Rose Apple, Berries, and Jaggery, this coffee offers a delightful combination of stone fruits and berries, all wrapped in a sweetly savory package. Origin and Processing:
ROJO originates from the esteemed Ratnagiri Estate, nestled in the picturesque region of Chikmagalur. To create this exceptional coffee, perfect ripe cherries were carefully handpicked at a brix level of 23. These cherries then underwent a fermentation process, where they were placed in stainless steel tanks and fermented alongside red wine yeast for 48 hours. Following fermentation, the cherries were pulped and then slow-dried on raised beds in a poly house for 27 days, allowing the flavors to develop and intensify.

Upon brewing, ROJO’s aroma fills the air with a medium plus intensity, offering captivating notes of litchi, cocoa, and coffee cherry pulped skin. The fragrance sets the stage for the unique flavor experience to come.
