Patiala Peg - Whiskey Barrel Aged Coffee

For this lot we worked closely with Pearl Mountain Estate. For this lot specialty coffee beans of the highest grade were selected, these green beans were then put into PX Sherry Barrels that previously matured Whiskey, in these barrels the green beans were aged for 6 months. Once we receive it at Genetics Coffee HQ it is carefully profile roasted to maintain it's delicate nuances and bring out unique flavours.
