For this lot we worked closely with Harely Estate. For this lot green coffee beans of the highest grade were selected, these green beans were then put into Rum Barrels and aged for 2-3 months. Once we receive it at Genetics Coffee HQ it is carefully profile roasted to maintain it's delicate nuances.
