Beautiful bean!

Iced aeropress recipe brilliantly reflected the bean and also as concentrated shot for affogato. Loved the exquisite flavours from the barrel. Will order more again!

It's Okay.

it was an okay coffee, I couldn't get any rum notes after the first brew. It smelled amazing, wish it tasted that way too. Nothing special in my books.

Jack Sparrow - Rum Barrel Aged Coffee

For this lot we worked closely with Harely Estate. For this lot green coffee beans of the highest grade were selected, these green beans were then put into Rum Barrels and aged for 2-3 months. Once we receive it at Genetics Coffee HQ it is carefully profile roasted to maintain it's delicate nuances.
