a nice light bodied coffee with that spike of rum to it

I got introduced to this coffee thru a friend, my initial reaction was what, rum and coffee? how preposterous! But was I wrong or what! The Jack Sparrow coffee is one of my favourite coffees now! I love that sweet end note that smacks a little bit of rum and yummyness! Keep up the great job guys!

Not good coffee , old beans. Not roasted properly. The Ratnagiri one was good but this is a total waste of money.

For this lot we worked closely with Harely Estate. For this lot green coffee beans of the highest grade were selected, these green beans were then put into Rum Barrels and aged for 2-3 months. Once we receive it at Genetics Coffee HQ it is carefully profile roasted to maintain it's delicate nuances.
